We believe that access to learning is the key to development. We are very grateful to the Government of Canada hosting us and for its continued financial and intellectual support. // As you know, the Commonwealth is an association of 54 Member States that cover all regions of the globe. // Our mission is to help Commonwealth Member States and institutions to harness the potential of distance education and Information and Communication Technologies for expanding access to education and training.
