Open And Distance Learning Minimum Standards in TVET at a Glance: A case of Zambia
This paper seeks to examine the minimum standards for training providers that are offering or wish to offer programmes through ODL. Further it examines what is being implemented currently in the TEVET sector as well as performance criteria at the institutional level, and what constitutes a code of good practice.
