The research study “The Impact of Technology-Enabled Learning Implementation at Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies” examined the use of blended learning in the university and student learning experiences. It also analysed the experiences of teachers in the design, development and delivery of blended courses within technology-enabled learning (TEL) implementation supported by the Commonwealth of Learning (COL). The results of the study provide the necessary evidence to streamline and scale up TEL at RGUKT and in similar environments. Students’ high levels of satisfaction revealed that the RGUKT blended learning environment and teachers’ practices were effective. The results also imply that blended environments will provide more opportunity for teachers to optimally utilise Moodle functionality to design and develop pedagogically sound blended courses.
