Integrating Employability in Higher Education Institutions: An Introduction to the Commonwealth of Learning’s Employability Model for Prospective Partners
This guide is an introduction to the “Employability model” developed by COL Higher Education initiative to support universities in assessing readiness, planning, implementing and evaluating employability initiatives. The implementation phase includes developing competency based programmes responsive to labor market needs as well as the integration of soft and technical skills in the curriculum.
