        Abstract
This handbook supports a programme of school-based teacher development for Inclusive Education (IE), drawing on international research as well as COL’s resources for the Teacher Futures programme. It presents tools and approaches for a three-level intervention in inclusive education, ensuring that all teachers use well-founded pedagogical principles to cater for all learners, and can determine when links to therapy, special units or special school support are needed.
