        Abstract
The Commonwealth of Learning (COL) commissioned a strategic review of its programmes at the mid-point of its current Six-Year Plan (2015 – 2021). The review was conducted on the basis of reflective reports by the leads of its programmes and was supplemented by additional information such as evaluation reports, research studies, and interviews with COL staff. The review critically examines strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in order to consider areas for possible course corrections or increased focus. Overall, the review revealed a consistently strong set of programmes with dedicated and expert management.
